A Very Raw Video Update (October 13, 2023)

I'm a little late in posting this on YouTube. It was made for Facebook on October 13, 2023, however I uploaded it to YouTube on November 8, 2023 to be able to add it to my Blog. Video isn’t the usual way I choose to connect with my community but every once in a while I think it’s good to see me and hear me speak. Please hang in until the end if you can, I know it’s over 7 minutes long. I only did one take so it’s pretty raw.
