This piece was based on a photograph I took at Government House in Victoria, BC, Canada.

This piece is slightly different than my other work. I have been practicing a new technique in art school with art instructor, Joan Hill. I have been learning a different way of using watercolour pencils by combining them with water soluble ink pens.
