This piece was created while I was in psychosis in 2020. The blue skin is connected to the story in my

Art as Therapy (Book 1): The Triggers Journal. On the left is her child self, who's drowning. On the right is her teenager self, who's also drowning. In the centre is her adult self, who's grown gills.
