Orcas, like mental health, are greatly misunderstood. They are known as 'killer whales' although they are not whales, and they are not vicious killers. We carry a similar misunderstanding around mental health, categorizing certain mental illnesses as dangerous. I also drew the Orcas to demonstrate that mental illness is evident in youth as well as adults.
