I experienced a drug (marijuana) induced psychosis from 2019 to 2021. Although it was a terribly shameful and embarrassing experience, it was also one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Coming out of it made me realize how powerful the mind is. I can create an entire reality that only exists to me. Now that I’m no longer in psychosis, it makes me ponder the nature of reality. There is the physical world where our bodies can touch and meet, but each person has a different perspective of that world, shaped by their experiences. In the words of Albert Einstein "Reality is merely an illusion".
