Simon's journey began in a school for service dogs in Palm Springs, California. At birth he was selected, and as a young pup he began to train as a guide dog for the blind. At dog school Simon met my dad; Brian. Simon flew back to Canada with my dad and for 9 years he acted as eyes for my father. After his retirement he remained a family pet.
