The Mind of Amy Frank demonstrates the two contrasting sides of bipolar disorder. On the left side there is fire, a slithering snake, and a gun against the woman's head. While on the right side there is a peaceful snowy forest captured in moonlight with a cougar is the foreground. Cougars at that time often appeared in my dreams as a spiritual guide.
